Hormone Harmony Workshop
10 September 2022
To celebrate Women’s Health week, Chef Lena Lendl and I hosted a culinary medicine workshop at the beautiful Gathered Organics farm kitchen in Margaret River. Women were invited to watch a cooking demonstration and enjoy a tasty, nutritious lunch, all while learning how they could support their own hormonal harmony through specific foods. We were joined by Nikki Jongedyk, remedial massage therapist, who spoke to us about the many benefits of regular massage therapy to keep those stress hormones under control.
